Refund Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Courtroom Co-Pilot, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
What you are billed
Courtroom Co-Pilot™ is a subscription. The first month is $19; unless you cancel, it renews automatically at $49/month. An annual plan is available at $390/year, and a practice license for attorneys and experts at $149/month. Every plan includes unlimited Statement of Facts Report™ exports — the report is never a separate charge.
Canceling
You can cancel online at any time from your account. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Canceling is not the same as a refund; if you want money back for a recent charge, request a refund within the 14-day window below.
Your case data belongs to you. You may export it at any time, including after you cancel.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net, find your order using the email you used at checkout, and request a refund there; or
- Email us at patricia@royceip.com with your order confirmation, and we will work with Paddle to process the refund.
After the refund is approved
Once approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. Your access to Courtroom Co-Pilot will be revoked when the refund is processed.
